Integrated GMP inspection capability

This project is intended to develop integrated capability across TGA and Medsafe to conduct inspections to assess Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This ANZTPA Business to Business project is a precursor to the establishment of a single GMP Inspection and Licensing group.
The TGA and Medsafe are currently engaged in discussions on arrangements in the sharing of information and inspection reports.
Further stages will investigate mechanisms to coordinate inspection schedules with a view towards a single pooled inspection capability.
