The following update about the project to establish the Australia New Zealand Therapeutic Products Authority (ANZTPA) contains information about submissions on the draft Advertising Rule and also details about new information available on the website.
Submissions are now being welcomed on the draft Advertising Rule.
The draft Advertising Rule sets out the proposed trans-Tasman advertising scheme for therapeutic products under the ANZTPA.
The closing date for submissions on the draft Advertising Rule is 14 March 2007.
A Plain English Guide (PEG) to the draft Advertising Rule is also available to provide context and assist readers’ understanding of the key features of the regulatory proposal.
